Full-stack AI platform that simplifies home planning and construction — generates personalized house designs from a homeowner's budget, plot, family needs, and lifestyle preferences.

Bridges professional architectural services and affordable housing by leveraging AI, machine learning, and modern web/mobile tech. Takes plot dimensions, budget, room count, and design preferences, then produces optimized floor plans and visualisations, intelligent material recommendations, ML-driven cost estimation, and sustainable design alternatives. Includes a verified service-provider marketplace (architects, contractors, workers, suppliers), a real-time messaging system, an AI chatbot for design assistance, and government housing-scheme/subsidy integration to support affordable-housing initiatives.

Premium personal-finance manager — track expenses, income, bank accounts, investments & SIPs with real-time analytics and a glassmorphism UI.

Solo full-stack build: a FastAPI (Python) backend with OAuth2/JWT auth, recurring transactions, and CSV export, paired with a native Android app in Kotlin / Jetpack Compose (Material 3, MVVM + StateFlow). Country-aware registration, profile uploads, and an analytics dashboard — designed and shipped end-to-end as a v1.0 gold release.

OnSite Tracker

GPS field-staff tracking for service businesses — records travel distance for petrol allowance and onsite hours for billing, with live admin monitoring and payout reports.

Solo build, live in production. Staff start a trip on their phone and the app records the GPS route — filtering noise server-side (low-accuracy points, parked drift, impossible >150 km/h jumps) — then times onsite work. Admins watch live trips, approve or correct entries, set per-staff ₹/km and ₹/hour rates (snapshotted onto each trip so history never changes), and export date-range payout reports to CSV.
